Di norma comunque sono un po&amp;#39;più croccanti appena fatti, miglorano dopo qualche giorno. Tutti si interrogano sulla consistenza ...</title><content type='html'>Ciao Tuki!&lt;br /&gt;Tutti si interrogano sulla consistenza della glassa...che stranamente mi è venuta perfetta! Io, invece, vorrei chiederti della consistenza del biscotto stesso perché non ne ho mai mangiato uno prima di ieri (mia prima infornata) e la consistenza mi ha lasciata perplessa! Come deve essere la stellina? Friabile tipo sablé, croccante, oppure morbida tipo pastine di mandorla? Le mie Zimtsterne sono morbidine e un po&amp;#39;...&amp;#39;chewy&amp;#39;! Eppure ho rispettato i tempi di cottura e la temperatura! Secondo te devo provare a cuocerle più a lungo? Oppure a temperatura più alta? A dire il vero ...</title><content type='html'>Ciao Tuki, grazie per la risposta.&lt;br /&gt;A dire il vero il mio forno ha un grosso difetto: non cuoce uniformemente, cioè da una parte cuoce molto e da un&amp;#39;altra molto meno.
