Ho ridotto leggermente la quantità di nocciole, non so se dipende da questo il fatto che il &amp;quot;biscotto&amp;quot; di copertura(che comunque ha la consistenza di un pandispagna) ha la tendenza a rompersi sotto la spinta della crema. Ho anche avuto difficoltà a staccarlo (forse conviene usare la carta forno). Per quanto riguarda la farcia, io ridurrei la panna per renderla pi stabile (ma qui è anche questione di gusti, visto che io non amo la panna). La ricetta mi ha dato un risultato molto molto simile, l&amp;#39;originale ha più nocciole, forse.
