Innanzitutto grazie mille per le splendide ricette che ci regali, sei un mio punto di riferimento e - specialmente sotto Natale - sei ospite fissa alla mia tavola e a quella dei miei amici. &lt;br /&gt;Ho fatto (anche) questa tua bellissima ricetta, ma mi sono trovata molto male al momento della farcitura, perché il dulche de lece (comprato, marca Bonne Maman) mi scappava da tutte le parti ed alla fine ho dovuto risolvere mettendone appena una goccia che incollasse i frollini (perfetti), ma così facendo si sentiva pochissimo, quasi niente. Ho anche provato ad addensare il dulche mettendoci dentro del burro e facendolo raffreddare, ma per ottenere un risultato concretamente più solido avrei dovuto esagerare col burro e non mi sembrava il caso... hai forse qualche suggerimento sul tipo di dulche de lece da usare? O come addensarlo? Per la quantità di lievito, quella indicata nella ricetta é l&amp;#39;ideale, aumentandola avresti dei biscotti diversi. L&amp;#39;ideale è avere il teaspoon, così non sipuò sbagliare ;-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;@ Rita: ma certo che puoi lasciarlo in frigo tutta la notte, basta avvolgerlo bene con la pellicola.
